The room was spotless and the decor was modern, making me feel immediately at home. I especially loved the walk-in shower and the availability of Netflix for some downtime. Plus, the location was perfect for accessing nearby restaurants and shops.

During my two-night stay, the pillows were beyond uncomfortable—so plush that they completely flattened as soon as I laid down. I ended up using three pillows just to find any comfort, yet it was still a struggle. Additionally, there was only a single trash can for the entire room, and none in the bathroom or bedroom area, which was very inconvenient.

We had a great time during our stay. the hotel is conveniently located and truly pet-friendly with no additional fees. The room was spacious, clean, and the modern decor gave it a fresh vibe. I appreciated the nearby dining options, especially the fantastic Thai restaurant.

The hangers situation was a joke. only four for a couple with formal attire over three days left us scrambling. Bed pillows flattened immediately, becoming useless, requiring three per person just to get semi-comfortable. Only one trash can in the whole room setup added to the irritation, making it inconvenient, especially with all that wedding gear. Attempted a swim, but the pool was sub-arctic—really? Who wants to jump into ice water? Not impressed.

However, the lack of daily cleaning during our two-night stay was a slight downside, as we would have liked some refreshments for our bedding and towels every day. This was a great value overall.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel while visiting Kings Island. Our large family, including three teenagers, found the clean and spacious room perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the location was ideal for nearby shopping and dining.

In my wife’s opinion, a kid-friendly hangout area would be great.
